Here at Discount Supermarket, providing a quality delivery service to our customers is of paramount importance to us so we ensure close relationships with our partners is in place. 

Working closely with the main UK carriers and postal services allows us to provide you with highly competitive rates for the delivery of your purchases. These carriers include the Royal Mail/Parcelforce, Hermes, DHL, UPS and several others.

All customer purchases are processed on the same day of you placing your order and this will be packaged and with the respective carrier within 24 working hours. Your order will typically arrive within 2-3 working days of you placing your order. The carrier or ourselves will provide you with tracking/approx delivery times when your order is in transit so can we please ask you to make sure your contact details are up to date and correct.

Our delivery is UK wide however please check with us if you live in a particularly remote region as our partner may not deliver within such areas. Our delivery rates are as follows:

> Orders under £40.00 command a £4.00 fixed postage/delivery.

> Free postage/delivery is offered for all orders over £40.00.
